The Gladstone Hotel rents space to artists looking for short-term work space. Studios are suitable for individual artists who are in need of space to work on a specific project for a focused period of time.

Studio/ Exhibition Rooms are bright, renovated spaces and feature:

* 12 ft ceilings
* individual climate controls
* large, functional windows with privacy blinds and lots of natural light!
* free WI-FI
* new hardwood floors
* private or shared bathroom facilities
* secure space with 24 hr access
* reasonable rental rates: daily, weekly, or one month

Starting at $550/Month for a studio without a bathroom.  Spaces are available for full day, weekly and Monthly rental (with and without bathrooms)! Don’t let your New Year’s resolution pass you by.

Note the studios are for work only, not for live-work.  The prices are for studio rentals not exhibitions.

With Bathroom:
Month – $800 | Week – $300 | Day – $150
