The Gladstone is very excited to be hosting the next RGD Ontario panel discussion, Design for Social Change, which will explore the process, potential and power of designing for social change.
With a world in dire need of new ideas and innovative ways of thinking and doing, designers have become more relevant than ever. Design has the ability to connect both economic and social value, resulting in solutions that are not only sustainable, but also culturally relevant as well. Increasingly, designers will be called upon to utilize their broad skill set and deep understanding of communication to redesign the future and a better world. The panel discussion will be preceded by a brief presentation of a case study by each of the panelists.
Design for Social Change is the third in RGD’s new ongoing Future by Design series of panel discussions. These panels are broadcast live via webcast to reach across all parts of the province. Contact email@example.com to find out how to participate.
