What makes me drool on my desk at 9am just thinking about this early morning sandwich–peameal bacon! Balancing the creaminess of the housemade mayo and smooth cheddar wile adding just the right amount of salt and texture to the egg, there’s no wrong in this English muffin masterpiece.
The only downside: knowing that the breakfast ends at 10:45 and I won’t be able to have one for lunch too.
