What’s it all about?
Ever wonder how a first impression is made? Here’s your chance to learn valuable confidence building skills that are transferable in many areas of life, whether in a social setting or a job interview. Learn ways to stay physically fit, and have fun doing it! This monthly drop-in dance class welcomes is geared towards beginners but all levels are welcomed into this very open and supportive environment. We reccomend comfortable gym clothes and sneakers!

Sweat it out and learn the slickest dance moves with with dancer, actress and choreographer Tamina Pollack-Paris. She has worked with artists such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Aloe Blacc, and Ke$ha. Her TV career includes roles in The Next Step, The Stanley Dynamic, Degrassi, Glee, American Idol, X-Factor, Canada’s ‘So You Think You Can Dance: Season 1’. Tamina is always training and pushing herself to the limit, so she can influence dancers around the world to follow their dreams. With Toronto never far from her heart and fresh off a year long world-tour with Lady Gaga, Tamina wanted to find an avenue of giving back to the community that meant so much to her.
That vision grew into The Girls Club, which is now a distinguished Academy geared towards the development and empowerment of young female performers. The Academy’s mission is to mold tomorrow’s top performers through a specialized curriculum focused on performance and business training. Founded just over two years ago, the Academy has already produced a diverse demographic of talented, intelligent women who are ready to take the industry by storm. In addition, The Girls Club doubles as a full service venue entertainment company that creates innovative, high caliber, interactive performances in various establishments. You might have already caught them live at one of The Gladstone’s events! A word-class entertainer and the brains behind the force that is The Girls Club, Tamina Pollack-Paris is a spirited force to be reckoned with.
