Our beloved Harvest Wednesday is back by popular demand! The Gladstone Hotel invites Toronto’s urbanites to experience our food philosophy through a series of local food events inspired by #CANADA150 and harvested in the natural rhythm of Ontario’s growing season.
For the second Harvest Wednesdays of 2017, we invite you to a Harvest Table Dinner in the Ballroom with guest Chef Miriam Streiman. Together with the Gladstone’s Executive Chef Joshna Maharaj, the local food advocates will be incorporating seasonal produce picked just the day before from Chick-a-biddy Acres C.S.A. farm.
Your Harvest Table Dinner ticket includes:
4 courses (appetizer, starter, main and dessert) served family style in the Ballroom

ABOUT HARVEST WEDNESDAYS
Harvest Wednesdays is a local culinary series inspired by the Gladstone’s long-time investment in four ‘shares’ of a local Community Shared Agriculture Farm, Chick-a-biddy Acres Farms. By showcasing their local produce each week alongside guest chefs, community organizations and local producers, Harvest Wednesdays sparks conversations about Community Shared Agriculture, eating locally for global change, bridging the gap between urban and rural and of course, enjoying seasonal Ontario produce, picked from the land just the day before.
What is Community Shared Agriculture (C.S.A.)?
Community Shared Agriculture allows city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When you become a member of a CSA, you’re purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer. It is a relationship of shared bounty and shared risk.
