Together with the Gladstone’s Chef de Cuisine, Rudy Boquila and Sous Chef Anne Novo, the chefs and local food advocates will be incorporating seasonal produce picked just the day before from Chick-a-biddy Acres C.S.A. and other Ontario producer partners.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the kitchen, Donna has established herself as a prominent figure in the hospitality community.
