Yoga For Runners

City Yogis presents Yoga for Runners every Saturday morning.  Bring your own mat and come stretch out those tight muscles.  Classes will focus on:

  • Preventing common injury by strengthening the supportive but otherwise under-developed muscles
  • Improving performance through stretching
  • Improving coordination and balance
  • Increasing flexibility and helping you to recover faster
  • Practice mental control to reduce stress, silence mental chatter, and manage fear
  • Relax your mind to help recover from the intense physical and mental stresses of training

*Non-Runners are always welcome!
