In fact, he is a she who descends from a rare tribe of sexy eclectic musical storytellers. Ronley’s music combines unique sometimes-satirical vocals and witty lyrics within a “syncretic” mish mash of musical styles.

The Backstabbers Country Stringband is a Queen West institution, it’s members having purveyed their own original take on old-time acoustic country music for almost a decade on this fair street. “Prodigal Sundays” will showcase the Backstabbers doing their thing the way nobody else does it. That is, mining the best of the old school and making it new again.
