This monthly event was launched January 2006 as an educational and interactive community experience. The evening generally consists of a panel of community members who discuss their knowledge and expertise on various chosen topics. A moderated panel discussion is followed by an open format Q&A with the audience.

The Backstabbers Country Stringband is a Queen West institution, it’s members having purveyed their own original take on old-time acoustic country music for almost a decade on this fair street. “Prodigal Sundays” will showcase the Backstabbers doing their thing the way nobody else does it. That is, mining the best of the old school and making it new again.

Showcasing local artisans and entrepreneurs, our fifth event will have the ballroom brimming with local artwork, aromatherapy products, bags, hand made jewellery, art cards, knitted garments, childrens items and homemade edibles. No cover PLUS a free kids craft area from 1:00  3:00.
