The series of paintings are inspired by Princess Yashodhara 506 BC. It is a tale of grief and tragedy of awakening, of joy and contentment. PRODIGAL SUNDAYS W/THE BACKSTABBERS

The Backstabbers Country Stringband is a Queen West institution, it's members having purveyed their own original take on old-time acoustic country music for almost a decade on this fair street. "Prodigal Sundays" will showcase the Backstabbers doing their thing the way nobody else does it. That is, mining the best of the old school and making it new again.
