Kgomotso “KG” Tsatsis influences range from Lauryn Hill to Nina Simone to Brenda Fassie, and she describes her music passively as ‘Aretha Franklin doing ballet’: delicate, soulful and full of surprises. Her first release ‘The Art of Love’ is a collection of songs about love, addiction and paradise. A self taught guitarist, and self described old soul, she writes songs that sound like the good old days.

Chef Marc Breton will create three-course Prix Fixe inspired by “fresh off the field” farm produce and featuring local cheeses, fish, meats or poultry.
