Thanks to everyone who joined us and our new Executive Chef Michael G. Smith for the inaugural Culinary Tour, Little India edition on June 13th.
Celebrating our sustainable food philosophy, Smith’s Indian-inspired menu highlighted Indian flavours in a 4-course Prix-Fixe experience paired with 4-flights of wines, including Vidal Icewine with dessert, from Fielding Estate Winery in Beamsville, ON.
Dishes included a cardamom-scented lamb loin (below), with yogurt & smoked carrot puree, ramp chutney, and Ontario asparagus, house-made paneer, spot prawn & mussel stew, and a chai chocolate pound cake with fresh Ontario fruit.
