When it comes to “farm fresh,” we don’t play around.
Our chef Katie Venables Llyod has prepared a flash Prix Fixe for tonight (Wed June 29) that showcases the cream of the crop–so to speak–from our friends and suppliers Chick-A-Biddy Farms.
Along with having an adorable name, Chick-a-Biddy Acres is a farm just outside of Peterborough, dedicated to pesticide-free local farming. The menu tonight features the bounty of the farm (just picked yesterday!) including basil, baby green, napa cabbage, dill, strawberries and sugar snap peas.
