Expect big, bold, fresh delights coming out of the Gladstone Hotel’s kitchen! As a pioneer of the local food movement in Toronto since 2006, the Gladstone Hotel welcomes brand new executive chef (and food activist) Joshna Maharaj!
The Gladstone Hotel has been an international tastemaker for over a decade with its whimsical and unique artist designed hotel rooms and year-round arts programming. Now, the hotel is bringing that same investment in local makers and dedication to innovation to its food program.
“I am thrilled to see Joshna Maharaj bring her brand of delicious social activism to the arts hub at the Gladstone Hotel as the new executive chef,” says Jamie Kennedy, celebrity chef who introduced Maharaj and the Gladstone. “I’ll be there even more often now.”
Join us in our cozy Café for delicious eats (breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch!) or drop into our groovy Melody Bar (Tuesday – Saturday) for dinner, drinks and fun events from 5pm til late.
