Our historic Victorian/turned Art Hotel is recognized internationally. Each of our incredible artist-designed guest rooms is truly distinct and presents guests with a unique experience. Each hotel room is designed by a different artist. The word “artist” is used broadly here to encompass a number of disciplines and includes visual artists, interior designers, architects and material-based artists. The rooms are based on the artist’s vision while conforming to the needs of the hotel guest. Each of the 37 rooms reflect the diversity of talent in the city of Toronto. The rooms give a taste of the authentic flavour of Toronto to guests who are new to the city and resonate with guests who know the city well.Book a Room

Each room is unique in design and size. All “Classic” rooms have smaller bathrooms with showers only. (No bathtubs)
These are our largest artist-designed guest rooms and have full four-piece baths and/or kitchenette.

If you haven’t noticed, we’ve got a thing for local art. So, when the Reclamation Project united over 50 of Toronto’s best graffiti, mural and street artists to beautify the sound barrier wall located at Queen West and Dufferin alongside the Metrolinx rail tracks, we were more than excited to have a front row seat.
As the official hotel of Toronto’s Festival of Beer, and avid beer enthusiasts ourselves, we know the importance of being close to the beer tents.
The Art Insider package will include a one night stay in one of the Gladstone’s artist designed hotel rooms and a two hour tailored tour.
