The Gladstone Hotel is located at 1214 Queen Street West at the corner of Gladstone Avenue and Queen Street just east of Dufferin Street. The Queen streetcar stops right outside the hotel for easy TTC access. The Gladstone Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Toronto's Queen Street West Arts and Design Neighbourhood in close proximity to Toronto's exhibition place and the downtown core. In keeping with the Gladstone Hotel's Green Policies, the hotel supports and promotes using Public Transit. TTC Day passes can be purchased directly from the hotel front desk. Public Transit Directions from Union Station Take the University subway line north to Osgoode Station. Make sure to take a transfer when you buy your subway ticket. Exit the subway and board a 501 streetcar west to Gladstone Avenue. The hotel is located directly on the corner of Queen Street West and Gladstone Avenue.. Public Transit Directions from Downtown/Main Bus Terminal Exit the bus terminal via the Dundas Street exit. Walk east along Dundas Street to Yonge Street and take the subway southbound one stop to Queen St Station. Make sure to take a transfer when you buy your subway ticket. Exit the subway at Queen St Station and board 501 Streetcar west to Gladstone Avenue. Public Transit Directions from Airport and locations north west of Toronto Take the 192 Airport Rocket to Kipling Station. Make sure to take a transfer when you buy your ticket at Kipling Station. Take the eastbound subway as far as Dufferin Station. Board the southbound 29 Dufferin bus to Queen Street. The hotel is located directly on the corner of Queen Street West and Gladstone Avenue. DIRECTIONS FOR DRIVING Directions from north east of Toronto Take 401 west to Don Valley Parkway south. Take the DVP to Gardiner Expressway west, exit from the Gardiner at Lakeshore/Spadina Exit and take Lakeshore west to Strachan. Turn right and travel north on Strachan to Queen Street. Turn left and travel west on Queen to Queen and Gladstone. Directions from Pearson International Airport and locations north west of Toronto Take hwy 401 east to hwy 427 south. Travel south to the Gardiner Expressway. Take Gardiner Expressway east to Jameson Ave. exit. Drive north on Jameson Ave to Queen Street West. Turn right on Queen West. The Gladstone Hotel is located on the north east corner of Queen West and Gladstone Ave (immediately after you drive under the railway bridge). Directions from north Toronto Take 401 either east or west to exit at Allen Road. Take Allen Road south to Eglinton Ave. Turn right onto Eglinton Ave W. Turn left onto Kirknewton Rd. Turn left onto Hunter Ave. Turn right onto Dufferin St. Travel south on Dufferin to Peel Ave. Turn left on Peel and then Right onto Gladstone Ave. Hotel is located on north east corner of Queen West and Gladstone Ave.
