The Gladstone's second floor rooms can be rented out as short-term studio work space. Studio spaces are rented at daily, weekly or monthly rates as availability permits. Studio rentals are subject to scheduling of exhibitions and conferences. Rooms are suitable for individual artists who are in need of space to work on a specific project for a focused period of time. Individual rooms range from 8' 4" x 17' (141 sq ft) to 15' 5" x 17' 9" (275 sq ft). Studio rooms open onto the Gladstone's second floor reception gallery which is filled with natural light and has access to the outdoors from the hotel's original, Victorian balcony. The large oak conference table accommodates eight with comfortable boardroom seating. Wireless internet access is free of charge.

The secluded, sunny corner Drawing Room is available as a private dining and informal meeting space for small groups. Eight additional second floor rooms range from 8' X 17' (141sq ft) to 15' 5" X 17' 9" (275 sq ft). Seven of the 2nd floor rooms have private bathrooms, the other rooms share two common bathrooms located on the 2nd floor.
