10 X 10 Photography Project
A Queer Canadian Photography Project
The 10×10 Photography Project is proud to return in it’s sixth year to The Gladstone Hotel to feature the photographic work of ten new Canadian queer photographers and 100 new portraits to celebrating LGBTTI2QQ Canadians in the arts.
Started in 2010, 10×10 has become a staple visual art exhibition in Toronto, providing a quieter, contemplative space to reflect on the great impact this community has made on the arts, locally, nationally and internationally. In conjunction with Pride Toronto, the exhibition will show on all three Gallery floors of the Gladstone Hotel and will be on display from June 9th to August 17th. Each photographer brings their own professional background to the project, representing diverse approaches to portraiture and presentation.
Join 10×10’s curator James Fowler and all of the 2016 photographers at the Opening Reception on Thursday, June 30th at 7-10pm to tip you hat to some of Canada’s LGBTTI2QQ celebrities and new rising stars.
