Mango poached scallop salad, smoked pork and corn soup, jasmine scented duck fried rice and a banana cake with red bean and sesame, are just some of the inspired dishes you can expect from the Chinatown culinary tour. Oh, and don’t forget the accompanying 4 flights of paired wines!
