Tania Ursomarzo is a Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist and architect who engages in solo and collaborative art and design projects. She is also half of the artist team behind the Offset Room, 411 at the Gladstone.
Immersed somewhere between art and architecture, her artistic practice focuses on architectural intervention and traverses diverse media including installation, photography, video, performance, textiles, printing, and sculpture.
Tania’s work has been exhibited locally and internationally, won awards, and featured in various art and design magazines. In 2008, her video piece entitled, BEIJING 2007, was selected to represent Canada in the World One Minutes expo featured as part of the cultural program for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
