Not only does dessert leave you with that final sweet impression, but it can really make or break a meal.
That said, the new Brown Butter Cake with cheesecake sauce, dulce de leche bananas, crab apple puree and ginger ice cream ($8), is a total make.
For the record, I would have been totally satisfied with the just the soft, nutty brown butter cake, but the addition of the sweet, creamy cheesecake sauce and dulce de leche bananas combined with the slightly tart and more acidic crab apple puree made for complete dessert bliss.
So make sure you save room. This new dessert is worth the stomach real estate.
