The Gladstone offers a la carte and catering menus which celebrate eating locally, seasonally, and sustainably, supporting strong partnerships with local food producers. Chef Michael Smith and his team design elegant plated meals, buffets, hors-d’oeuvres and party platters to suit your taste, style, and budget. Vegetarian options are included on our restaurant and catering menus.
Our mandate is to facilitate your ideas. The Gladstone will work with you to meet your unique requests. Specialty cocktails, beers and wines can be tailored to your style and budget.
CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS
Our Catering Team can provide refreshment and meal selections for groups from 20-80+. Our menus include options for coffee service, continental breakfast, enticing luncheon buffets and delicious options for full service lunches and dinners. The Gladstone Hotel also provides a number of unique multifunctional spaces for break-out rooms, catering reception spaces, as well as, session rooms. Our staff will recommend an appropriate AV package and technical support to ensure that your meeting runs smoothly.
COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS
Hosts may choose selections from seasonal menus of Hors D’Oeuvres, and Party Platters or specialty Food Stations. In addition, our bar can create a signature cocktail for your event. The Gladstone will work with you to meet your budget, needs and ideas.
INTIMATE PARTIES AND VIP EVENTS
Create a custom menu to be served at one of the Gladstone’s unique spaces such as our Tower Suite or Art Bar. Our Executive Chef and Catering Manager will work with you to create an event to be remembered whether you are planning a Birthday Party, Private Wedding Brunch, VIP Lounge or Individual Client Reception.
