The Gladstone Hotel rents space to artists looking for short-term work space. Studios are suitable for individual artists who are in need of space to work on a specific project for a focused period of time.
Studio/ Exhibition Rooms are bright, renovated spaces and feature:
* 12 ft ceilings
* individual climate controls
* large, functional windows with privacy blinds and lots of natural light!
* free WI-FI
* new hardwood floors
* private or shared bathroom facilities
* reasonable rental rates: daily, weekly, or one month
Spaces are available for full day, weekly and Monthly rental (with and without bathrooms)!
Note the studios are for work only, not for live-work.
