Now entering its third year, the Young Artist Showcase features the work of fifteen emerging artists between the ages of 16 and 21. The artists are selected by a professional jury who represent some of Toronto’s most prestigious and best loved galleries and arts organizations.  A number of these artists will receive prizes of distinction including a cash prize, artist materials packages and bursaries at the Opening Reception.  Come check out the next wave of Toronto’s visual artists as they get set to take the on the world. THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
 
Prizes supplied by Aboveground Art Supplies, Max The Mutt Animation School and Artscape.  Selected framing generously donated by Akau Framing.
