About the Gladstone Hotel’s Chef in Residence Program:
The Gladstone Hotel has just launched the first Chef in Residence Program of its kind in Toronto! Just as the hotel works with artists, the Gladstone has begun incubating professional chefs to realize a creative vision and unique food concept with a curated experience in the Gladstone Hotel’s Cafe. The hotel’s first Chef in Residence is Chef Suzanne Barr from Leslieville’s famous Saturday Dinette.
From now until Sept 28, you can enjoy Chef Suzanne’s Jamaican inspired menu in the Gladstone Cafe – featuring Jerk Chicken Ramen, House Made Jamaican Patties, Pickled Pigs Feet, Banana Leaf steamed fish and more! The dining experience is complemented with curated music and photography by Jorian Charlton.
