Learn about lavender in aromatherapy! Plant exacts have been used for thousands of years for their benefits for health and beauty. This workshop will introduce you to aromatherapy and essential oils basics including history, safety, benefits and how to use. The focus will be particularly on lavender essential oil, you will learn to make a lavender spray to help calm the mind, reduce anxiety and sleep better. The class is led by certified aromatherapists.
Each participant will take home their own spray bottle of lavender spray.
