What’s it all about?
Has your bike been sitting in that shed all winter? Dust it off and learn how to tune it up with your local Bike Pirates! This introductory workshop will show to you how to care for your two-wheeled friend. From learning to how patch tires to changing your gears, we’ll have you ready to pedal away this spring. So bring your bike into the Gladstone and shape it up for the season. Best of all, this bike tuning workshop is PWYC. Reserve your ticket early ’cause this class is guarenteed to sell out soon!
What will we cover?
Who will be teaching?
Bike Pirates is a local, autonomous organization whose mission is to empower cyclists and make bicycles more accessible. Volunteer-run and volunteer-organized, Bike Pirates provides a Do-It-Yourself workspace to the members of the community and supports the concepts of bicycle re-use, collective decision making, and social justice.
