Are you #HASHTAGHOPELESS when it comes to social media? This workshop is designed for beginners, small businesses and entrepreneurs looking to build or improve their social media presence. We’ll cover:
Adelade LaFontaine brings several years of strategic planning and communications skills to the professional events industry. She is the Producer of Tinder Tales, a comedic storytelling show with sold out events across Toronto (including a monthly show here at the Gladstone) and Vancouver. With a degree in Business Communications and a background in marketing, no event goes unnoticed. Social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram are Adelade’s primary tools for creating brand awareness and most importantly, generating sales. Although not a career, she has started and consulted on a number of social media platforms for bars and restaurants, catering companies, health and beauty services, and event venues. Adelade is also an Event Management Instructor and recently turned Fitness Coach. In her spare time she is probably cooking (or eating), hanging out with her handsome dog Bobby (@bobstagram2017), drinking wine, or binge watching something on Netflix (or all three of those things at once).
Students can bring a laptop if they choose to and are required bring a pen and notepad.
